What are your shipping details?

Orders are shipped from Dublin via An Post, €3.50 (no gift box)

€5.00 standard (gift box or pouch)

€8.00 tracked (gift box or pouch) delivery to Ireland only.

Orders will be sent out within 24 hours where possible. Sorry Silverbling has no control over the speed of the postal system and no refunds will be given for customers short or missed occasion deadlines.

Do you have a physical store location?  

Silverbling.ie operates as an online store only. However, I can arrange local meet-ups for collection in South Dublin for orders over €30

How do I stop jewellery from tarnishing? 

Please keep jewellery in the plastic bag provided until just before you need it as sterling silver WILL TARNISH when it meets oxygen and dust, only display it in the box a couple of days before you need it.

Avoid perfumes and chemicals as they will damage the jewellery. Sterling silver can be cleaned with silver dip and a silver cloth.
