Shipments and Returns
As a small business I am not in a position to offer an open returns policy. I will do everything remove the need for returns, while I will never win any awards for photography the images in the red box are taken by myself and are to scale.
Bow ties and corsages can not be returned under any circumstances, if you would like to compare items side by side or by colour shade please contact me I will take a photo for you.
Silverbling reserves the right to determine if the products have been worn and are in their original packaging fit for resale
Legally earrings can not be exchanged to to health and hygiene laws.
Every care will be taken to check the quality standards and the need for customer satisfaction before shipping, if there are any issues please contact me as soon as you receive the delivery or within 24 hours by text phone or email detailing your concerns, everything will be dealt with promptly, efficiently and resolved satisfactorily.
All jewellery is in stock and will be shipped within 48 hours unless otherwise specified and not including bank holidays or public holidays,special orders for all other products will take anything up to 10 working days. We do our best to ensure the quickest delivery time possible for all deliveries but are at the mercy of various postal systems and suppliers dispatch times.
Any delays in delivery times due to holidays or festivals will be excluded from time allowed.
We use An Post (the Irish postal service) for all of our postage and shipping, costs are stipulated by them and are subject to change at short notice. Silverbling can not guarantee the speed of the postal service.

If an item costs extra in postage Silverbling will subsiside the balance except in the case of wedding coins, these will be done on an individual basis and may be sent by courier for a bulk order.
Wedding coins are engraved and dispatched directly from the engraver, Silverbling has no control over timings or registered post options so please only use standard post at the cart.
All of our jewellery comes in display boxes and your items are well-protected to avoid any damage in transit. All goods are inspected prior to dispatch, nothing faulty will ever be sent out to a customer, should there be a fault you will be notified and given the option of a refund or waiting for a replacement.
We have a no returns policy on jewellery. If for any reason you want to return a piece of jewellery please contact us, we will do our very best to resolve your problem. Please notify us of any return within 14 days and the reason for the return. We will sort any issues out promptly and efficiently to everyone's satisfaction. Any returns must be in the original packaging and fit for re-sale.
Return postage will be incurred by the sender unless the item is faulty.
All of our jewellery is inspected before shipment and packaged to avoid damage, problems should not occur, we do not guarantee to replace any product that has not been sent registered post. Any disputes must follow the An Post procedure before a refund or replacement will be organised.
Sorry rings can not be exchanged, please choose the correct size from the drop down menu, we suggest getting your finger measured in a jewellers to ensure the correct size.
Earrings are not allowed to be exchanged due to health and hygeine laws.
Bow ties can not be returned unless in exceptional circumstances in the original unopened packaging. Silverbling will supply photographs of different shades together to ensure the correct colour match.
We reserve the right to cancel a transaction on behalf of our merchant credit card company. As we take security very seriously this can sometimes happen as a result of the card companies security checks. In this situation they will ask us to email and telephone you.
Please do not be offended, this is to protect you and your credit card details, until we have established that you are a real person and the owner of the credit card your order may be delayed.
We will do our best to deliver our goods within the 10 days but can not take any responsibility for the vagaries of postal systems. We will keep you fully informed of any delays or out of stock products, if the fault lies with Silverbling you will be offered the option of waiting for your order, a replacement item or a full refund.

All goods shall remain the property of Silverbling ewllery until fully paid for.
All orders are proforma and so not come gift boxed.
Minimum €50 first time order, no minimum thereafter.
Silverbling will not be responsible for non registered post items should there be a dispute.
Wholesale orders are available to traders & retailers only with proof of business identity.
All goods are inspected prior to shipment and are sent out in good condition, if an item has been damaged in transport please notify us immediately and send an image of the damaged goods.
Privacy is important to all of us, we promise to look after your personal information and not sell, rent or pass on details to third parties. We will only use your personal information to administer your account and provide the products and services you have requested from us.
You must not circumvent any privacy features (e.g., an opt-out) that are part of the Service.

We also use heat maps to improve the user experience, no personal identifying features or data is collected or stored. The user experience being defined as disliking a button layout, identifying broken features or moving the design to improve the ease of use. Page URL's are recorded along with fingerprint movements and IP's this data is used in view mode only and deleted after viewing. IP addresses are never used but are collected as per the explanation.

Silverbling only stores names, addresses and phone numbers to enable delivery. All payment details are sent off site to either Paypal or Stripe secure pages, we have no access to your data, we do not store credit card numbers or any other financial data. Silverbling has a secure HTTPS connection.
All collected data can be provided to you free of charge in electronic form.
If you would like your name, address and phone number to be removed please email us and all details will be deleted.
Should there be any breach of private data you will be notified within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach.
Emails sent via contact us or the message function will be stored for 30 days in gmail then automatically deleted. Silverbling has no access to login details or passwords these are stored on your local pc.
